Exchanges
- Size or product exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit coupon.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Approved returns are issued as a TRIAL store credit coupon for future purchases.
Not Eligible
- Worn, washed, damaged items, or products without tags
- Final sale / clearance items
How to Request
Email us at shop.with.trial@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason. Once we receive and QC the item, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
